Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Processing time

Our facsimile reprints are printed to order. Most orders leave us within 3–5 business days; larger or hardcover atlases can occasionally take a little longer. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you order several titles, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping rates and carriers

Orders ship by USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on the service selected and your location.

Packaging

Large-format atlases are shipped flat in rigid packaging to protect them in transit.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged). We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we are happy to help track down a package where we can.
