County Atlas of Lebanon, Pennsylvania was published by F. A. Davis of Reading and Philadelphia in 1875, made from recent and actual surveys and records under the superintendence of F. W. Beers, the most prolific county atlas maker of his day. This edition is a complete facsimile, printed in full color from the State Library of Pennsylvania copy, so the hand-colored maps and every page of the original are reproduced as issued.

The atlas opens with a table of contents, population and manufacturing statistics, a table of air-line distances, a history of Lebanon County and of Lebanon Borough, essays on the Philadelphia and Reading Railroad and the South Mountain Railroad, and maps of the United States and Pennsylvania. The plan of the county is followed by a map of every township: Bethel, Cold Spring, Cornwall, East Hanover, Heidelberg, Jackson, Londonderry, Mill Creek, North Annville, North Lebanon, South Annville, South Lebanon, Swatara and Union, with five ward plates of the city of Lebanon and a map of the Cornwall ore banks. Village plans include Annville, Myerstown, Jonestown, Fredericksburg, Schaefferstown, Palmyra, Richland, Sheridan, Mount Zion, Cold Spring, Mount Nebo, Kleinfeltersville, Reistville, Newmanstown, Millbach, Avon, Hebron, Prescott Station and West Myerstown. Lithographic views show Palatinate College at Myerstown, the Swatara Institute at Jonestown, Lebanon Valley College, the churches of Lebanon, the Eagle Marble Works, the Miller Organ Works, the Saylor carriage works, hotels, mills, furnaces and residences, and the Lebanon County Business Notices close the volume.

An essential reference for genealogists, house historians, and collectors of Lebanon County history.
