A complete facsimile of Illustrated Catalog No. 16 and Net Prices, issued by The S. C. Gallup Saddlery Company of 111–113 West Fourth Street, Pueblo, Colorado — established 1870, incorporated 1898. The catalog is undated; its preface cites forty-one years of experience since the firm's founding, placing it at about 1911.

Under the company's longhorn trademark — "The Sign of Quality That Makes Good" — the catalog presents what Gallup called the largest line of harness and strap work and stock saddles, ladies' astride and side saddles, youths' and boys' saddles, chaparejos, bridles, scabbards, cartridge belts, saddle pockets, tapideros, cinchas, cuffs, and spur straps. Each saddle is photographed and listed with its catalog number, net price, tree size, and full specifications — skirts, stirrup leathers, latigos, stirrups, and cinchas — from boys' saddles at $15.00 upward. The original terms pages are included: sixty days' credit or 2% cash discount, C.O.D. shipment, extras such as solid nickel or brass horns at $2.00 and double-rawhide trees at $3.50, and free stamping of initials or brands on saddles of $25.00 and up.
